Application Packet :
Visit the "County Resources" section of our site and navigate to the appropriate downloadable application packet for your area. Print and fill out the application packet to the best of your ability; most notably the legal description, site address, and signatures.
Affidavit: This document is only necessary for aerobic systems.
Visit the "County Resources" section of our site and navigate to the appropriate downloadable affidavit for your area.. The affidavit must be signed and filled out exactly as the Warranty Deed states.
Maintenance Contract: This document is only necessary for aerobic systems.
A two-year maintenance contract is required by law and is provided by the client or client’s representative (you). Recommended maintenance companies available upon request.
Site Plan and/or Plat of Property:
This document is provided by the client or client’s representative and is usually obtained from your builder. Make sure that it shows all property line dimensions, easements, wells, the location of the house, and all other structures within the property lines.
Floor Plan of House or Building:
This document is provided by the client or client’s representative and can usually be obtained from your builder if you do not already have one. The floor plan should show the entire A/C and heated square footage of the house and/or building.
