PLAN-IT SEPTIC services 16 counties in Central Texas. Each county government in Texas has specific OSSF Rules and Regulations. You may have discovered how difficult it can be to gather the correct documents and permits necessary to ensure your proposed or existing OSSF complies with local rules, regulations, and state law.

For the convenience of our clients, PLAN-IT SEPTIC continually strives to bring together all the documentation and accessible resources from each county to our site.

For an additional $300.00 PLAN-IT SEPTIC can file your permit application on your behalf. Additionally, Affidavits can be filed/recorded at the County Clerks Office for $75.00.
